Nappanee, United States | Posted on 03/02/2026 Construction Safety Manager (part-time) - $35-$38/hr - Nappanee, IN (Onsite) $35.00–$38.00 per hour | 20–40 Hours per Week | Onsite | No Relocation Assistance | No Visa Sponsorship We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee and strengthen safety programs across active commercial construction sites. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing risk exposure, and maintaining a strong safety culture. This is a part‑time, onsite position in Nappanee, Indiana. Position Responsibilities Identify and mitigate safety hazards across multiple construction sites Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/local regulations Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Maintain OSHA logs, certifications, incident reports, and safety documentation Investigate EHS incidents, near misses, and injuries; implement corrective actions Manage workers’ compensation cases and safety‑related documentation Develop and deliver safety training programs for new hires and monthly meetings Improve safety management systems and best practices Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety management or EHS‑related field OR Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations in commercial construction Experience conducting safety audits and managing compliance documentation Experience with incident investigation and workers’ compensation case management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and present safety training materials Fully onsite at construction sites in Nappanee, Indiana Combination of field inspections and documentation work #J-18808-Ljbffr
