Project Concrete Superintendent for self-perform GC What You’ll Do:In this role, you take charge of daily field operations, keeping the project moving with a strong, safety‑first mindset. You lead craft teams and subcontractors, making sure every task aligns with the schedule, quality expectations, and production goals.You stay ahead of the work by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and design details, ensuring everything in the field is built right the first time. You manage manpower, equipment, materials, and sequencing to maintain steady workflow, while driving LEAN planning, daily risk mitigation, and consistent execution of the project plan.With tight schedules, accurate reporting, and clear communication, you support subcontractor coordination, solve field challenges, and guide change management. On self-performed work, you build and develop strong craft teams that deliver reliable, high-quality results.Experience with:Commercial building layoutPodium deck and elevated deck systemsVertical concrete (columns, walls)Atlas, Peri & Doka forming systemsPole shore, & Reshore operationsSoftware (Preferred): Autodesk Build/PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Raken, Touchplan, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Microsoft 365, Trimble layout data, DroneDeploy/Skydio, Sensera Systems, InEight, DESTINI EstimatorWhat You Need:2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial concrete construction.Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and field operations.Excellent communication skills; ability to work nights if required.Ability to enforce safety, quality, and production standards daily.Physical Requirements:Ability to wear required PPE and work in active construction environments.Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, and interaction with field teams.What do you need to do now, and in the hiring process?If interested in this role, click "Easy Apply" to forward your up-to-date resume and list of projects to .
