This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support complex construction projects in the healthcare, aviation, and life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project goals. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare, aviation, or life sciences. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. For Superintendents: 5+ years of relevant experience. For Assistant Superintendents: 2+ years of relevant experience.
