Seeking an experienced Construction Building Superintendent in Kansas City, MO who will be tasked with overseeing a diverse range of project work activities, including site earthwork, concrete and foundation work, structural steel and framing, interior finishes, millwork, roofing, plumbing, HVAC systems, fire protection, and commercial electrical systems. Equivalent years of hands-on experience in the construction management field will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

responsibilities:
The Construction Superintendent oversees field operations for safe, timely, and profitable project completion. Manages subcontractors, ensures safety compliance, interfaces with clients, handles documentation, collaborates with project management, manages construction progress reports, assesses future work plans, oversees drawings, and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
