Job Title: Construction Superintendent Role
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Project Locations: South Florida tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach)
Salary: $115-125K base, OT premium, mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

we seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high-end restaurant projects for a GC in South Florida. The ideal candidate is a long-term, hands-on professional, with a stable work history and experience managing subcontractors, quality control, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Project Communication & Coordination

• Partner with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Executive; ensure all communications include relevant team members.
• Maintain clear, professional emails with concise language and project details.

Must Haves

• Local Experience: Proven track record as a Superintendent for GC-led high-end restaurant projects.
• Stability: Demonstrable longevity with previous employers; no frequent job changes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $115-125K
• OT Premium: Additional compensation for OT hours worked over 40 hours/week.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursed at $0.67/mile for eligible travel.
