Job Title: Construction Technology Support Analyst Location: Richmond, Virginia Shift: 1st Starting Compensation Range: $23.59 – $29.66 per hour The Construction Technology Support Analyst is responsible for delivering first-call-resolution to diagnose and troubleshoot machine control systems and site positioning technology used in heavy civil construction. The individual in this position focuses on quickly diagnosing and resolving common technical issues via phone, email, and remote applications to minimize customer equipment downtime.
