Experis US LLC, is seeking a Consultant (Systems Analyst) to join their team. You will be part of Experis supporting our team to service clients located throughout the U.S. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize design. Identify design gaps/limitations in recalculation process and build design solutions to address. Engage in design and development of test strategies. Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback from stakeholders and coordinate resolutions. Create complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Work with Peoplesoft HCM and CRM modules to implement pensions. Requirements Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and 5 years of overall progressive experience in the tasks and the skill sets listed in the job description. Will provide services to clients located throughout the US. Will be assigned to unanticipated client sites located throughout the US and subject to travel/relocation.
