JOB TITLE: Consultant, Senior

LOCATION: 14555 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75254

DUTIES:

  • Position will gather business requirements and understand the technical and functional specifications;
  • Design and review the requirements, and work with stakeholders to ensure that the Infor ERP LN software solutions satisfy the requirements;
  • Perform software configuration, design and development using proprietary Infor ERP LN products;
  • Perform implementations of Infor ERP LN modules, including mapping business processes into ERP, and designing the customizations, integrations and migration specifications specific to the U.S. stakeholders;
  • Map client business processes and KPIs in ERP LN using Infor Dynamic Enterprise Modeler application and the Intelligent Open Network workflow. This will help clients to handle processes via applying workflow in day to day smoother activity;
  • Identify gaps in the Infor ERP LN solutions, and prepare customization designs to map the identified gaps;
  • Coordinate with designers and programmers to complete Infor ERP LN customizations, integrations, and migrations;
  • Identify technical issues and work with architects and project managers to overcome these software design challenges;
  • Perform user testing on the developed customizations, participate in quality management reviews, and ensure the software application design and Infor ERP LN implementations satisfy all of the business requirements;
  • Complete all documentation required by programmers and deployment teams for the management of the Infor ERP LN software designs and solutions;
  • Create implementation templates and blueprints for Infor ERP LN and Infor DUU, which will ultimately be used in data migration to Infor ERP LN; and,
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues during the migration run and implement necessary changes to the Infor ERP LN migration tooling and architecture.
  • Various Worksites. May work at other undetermined worksites in the US and relocation may be required. Telecommuting permitted up to 80%.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; and
  • Five (5) years of progressive related post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a Consultant, Senior-related occupation.
  • Role requires the following Certification: Certification in Manufacturing and/or Logistics modules in ERP LN multi-tenant Cloud Suites.
  • Experience must include the following: At least four (4) years of work experience in multi-tenant cloud environment implementing ERP LN software configurations;
  • At least three (3) years of end-to-end project experience in configuring the Intelligent open network workflow and Dynamic Enterprise Modeler for identified security roles and business processes in ERP.
  • Experience must also include demonstrable experience with the following: Expertise in ERP LN modules such as Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Service and Projects with knowledge of Industry Standards Make to Order, Make to Stock, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes;
  • Experience in preparing the business blueprint, identifying gaps in ERP LN application, creating custom designs, preparing training scripts, and data to be used for training;
  • Experience in LN technical custom solution development, customizations and performing the data migration using the data upload utility tool;
  • Should have clear understanding of project Implementation stages such as Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition and Optimize and should have experience in providing remote and onsite support during the project implementation and post go-live support.
  • Various Worksites. May work at other undetermined worksites in the US and relocation may be required. Telecommuting permitted up to 80%.
