Responsibilities: Presales support for Federal Civilian agencies focusing on Cisco R/S, Unified Communications, A&O, and Security. Understand customer issues and position solutions that meet or exceed requirements across various technologies. Position solutions with a focus on business relevance and value. Qualifications include: US Citizenship and ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and technical sales skills. 5-10 years of technical enterprise presales experience, especially in solution sales. Previous presales experience in Federal government, with a background in IRS, Treasury, and Fed Financial accounts preferred. Consultative solution selling skills, including Cisco R/S and Unified Communications. Solid foundation in Cisco Routing and Switching. Passion for Cisco solutions. Required certifications: Cisco CCIE; SAN, Server, and Backup/Recovery certifications are highly desirable. Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications is a plus. Experience with F5, VMware is highly desired. Self-driven, business-minded, and goal-oriented. Ability to travel regionally as needed.
