Consumer Litigation Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney who shares that conviction someone who is energized by holding powerful institutions accountable and who wants their legal career to stand for something. You will manage a high-volume caseload from inception through trial or settlement, working alongside managing attorneys and legal support staff who are equally committed to the cause. *Responsibilities* * Litigate cases against major corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on behalf of everyday consumers. * Communicate effectively with clients, managing attorneys, and legal support staff throughout all phases of litigation. * Manage a high-volume caseload independently with limited supervision. * Handle cases from inception through trial or settlement. * Meet all court deadlines through strong organizational and time-management practices. * Leverage technology tools to communicate, manage files, and coordinate with the team. *Qualifications* * J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. * Active Ohio Bar Admission in good standing (required). * A genuine passion for justice and advocating for the rights of regular people against powerful interests. * Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. * Strong understanding of technology and legal software. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. *Compensation & Benefits* Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
