Contact Center Representative I or II Apply
Hiring for multiple positions- 3 full-time opportunities for either a level I or II representative based on prior work experience!
As a Contact Center Representative I or II, you and your team are tasked with delivering high-quality service to OURCU members through phone, live chat, email, and secure messaging.
You might excel in this role if you:

- Derive satisfaction from addressing members' unique needs
Your responsibilities may include:
- Addressing member questions and conducting necessary research
- Processing loan payments, handling skip payment requests, issuing Visa cards, etc.
- Recommending OURCU products and services that could benefit the member's specific situation
- Supporting the Contact Center Supervisor and eService's Manager as needed
You could be an ideal candidate if you possess:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in financial institutions such as a credit union and/or banking industry preferred!
Depending on your experience, you may start as a Contact Services Rep. I with 6 months to 2 years of experience, or as a Contact Services Rep. II with 2 - 5 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience, and prior experience in credit union/banking and financial services is advantageous!

The salary range is $18.82 - $26.01 per hour, dependent on experience.
