Company DescriptionPT Fireworks Indonesia is part of the Fireworks Trade Media group, a regional B2B trade exhibition with 7 international offices and a trade event organizer running industrial trade shows across Southeast Asia, covering sectors such as manufacturing, palm oil, energy, electronics, oil & gas, and automation.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detailed, disciplined and hardworking Content & Communications Executive to support content creation, campaign execution and social media marketing based in our Batam office.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Copywriting• Draft EDM campaigns and promotional content• Write brochure, website and sales kit copy• Produce content in English & Bahasa IndonesiaSocial Media• Plan and execute LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram posts• Prepare captions and short-form content• Monitor campaign performanceMarketing Execution• Coordinate with designers on artwork• Ensure accuracy of exhibitor names, logos and event details• Update website and marketing materialsSupport onsite marketing during exhibitionsCommunications Role • Engaging with key stakeholders of the industry• Maintaining good relations with key visitors.• Establishing rapport with associationsRequirements• Female working environment• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.• Strong written & spoken English (mandatory)• Able to write in English & Bahasa Indonesia• Basic Mandarin conversational ability preferred• Adept with social media and basic AI such as Chatgpt• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlinesWe Are Looking For Someone Who Is• Extremely meticulous and organised (No grammatical or spelling mistakes in their pitch)• Quick learner and self-driven• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trade events environmentCareer Growth• Regional travels and exhibitions exposure• Direct involvement in marketing strategy• Engaging with senior executives, business owners and key government officials
