Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content that engages, educates, and grows our audience on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply in tune with TikTok trends, has a knack for storytelling, and is comfortable discussing topics related to sexual wellness in a fun, inclusive, and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit original TikTok videos that align with Dame’s brand voice and values. Content should be both educational and entertaining, covering topics like sexual wellness, product demonstrations, and breaking down taboos.
- Social Management: Manage a content calendar and posting of the content you create
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social trends, challenges, and viral content. Propose and create content that leverages these trends while remaining authentic to Dame’s brand.
- Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, participating in duets, and interacting with other content creators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Dame’s marketing and brand teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Analytics: Track and report on the performance of TikTok content, using insights to refine and improve future videos.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in creating TikTok content, either for a brand or personal account, with a portfolio of videos to showcase.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to come up with unique and engaging content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of how to convey messages effectively in short-form video.
- Comfortable with Subject Matter: An open-minded, respectful approach to discussing sexual wellness topics. Must be comfortable creating content in this space.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote, freelance setting.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing apps or software, with the ability to create polished, high-quality content.
