Crafted for those who prioritize health and well-being, HAVN’s products seamlessly integrate into everyday life - offering powerful protection without compromising style, comfort, or routine.

We’re not just looking for someone to make videos—we're searching for a talented content strategist, storyteller, and executor who can build and engage an audience from scratch. Your role will be to create content that drives views, sparks engagement, and builds brand affinity—turning HAVN into a must-follow brand in the wellness space..

You won’t be at it alone, either. You’ll be working alongside a team with deep expertise in digital storytelling—leaders who have collectively grown YouTube channels to 27M+ subscribers and amassed over 10B views through innovative content strategies. What You’ll Do

In this brand-new role, you’ll spearhead HAVN’s short-form content strategy across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for:

• Own the end-to-end content creation process,  from concept to execution, ensuring each piece is designed to maximize engagement and growth
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and authentic videos that resonate with wellness-conscious consumers and inspire action.
• Collaborate with Snowball and HAVN’s leadership team to create content that aligns with business goals and brand messaging.
• Ensure a cohesive brand message and storytelling approach across all social media platforms.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, incorporating innovative storytelling techniques to keep HAVN at the forefront of the wellness space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in short-form video content creation, with a track record of growing and engaging audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proven ability to create compelling content that not only aligns with a brand’s voice but also drives views, engagement, and conversions.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Charismatic on-camera presence and the ability to connect with a wellness-conscious audience.
• Strong understanding of data-driven content creation, including engagement metrics, retention strategies, and platform algorithms
• Preference for candidates with their own content channel and experience in building an audience from the ground up.
• Candidates invited to interview will be asked to provide a short video showcasing their creativity, storytelling, and ability to drive engagement.

Benefits

• Rate: $1,500 - $1,750 per week
• Freelance contract with potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
