Since 2015, we've been creating high-quality beard, hair, and skincare products while building a brand centered on confidence, culture, and authenticity. We're looking for a creative Content Creator who is passionate about social media, marketing, and storytelling to help grow our digital presence. What You'll Do Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. Brainstorm creative ideas and plan content calendars at least one month in advance. Film, direct, and batch-create content for product launches, educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand campaigns. Stay on top of social media trends and turn them into engaging brand content. Write scripts, create shot lists, and collaborate with the founders and operations team. Review social media analytics and recommend ways to grow engagement and reach. Ensure all content aligns with the Respected Roots brand and company culture. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of content creation experience (internships and freelance work welcome). Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends. Comfortable filming and directing content. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects. Portfolio or sample work required.
