Content & Paid Ads Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a versatile and results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about content and marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing services, including PPC/paid ad management, content marketing and SEO content strategy and writing. They should be adaptable, enjoy working on diverse assignments and be committed to delivering exceptional client results. The successful candidate will be a hands-on problem solver, stay up-to-date with industry trends through ongoing education and testing and contribute to maximizing company results while consistently working on real client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPC client campaign setup, management and client consulting for various types of paid ad spending Google and Bing, as well as paid social sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Perform monthly campaign activities for PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation & recommendations, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic planning & testing and campaign expansion
- Provide ongoing keyword reviews and optimizations, recommendations for campaign growth, enhancements and other innovations for campaign success
- Execute tests, collect & analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve max ROI
- Audit performance, tracking, pacing, settings and work with analysts and developers to ensure all landing pages, monitoring and tagging are properly implemented
- Prepare reports and meet with clients on a monthly basis to share metrics, optimizations and insights
- Stay up to date with the latest news and PPC trends, tools and best practices with a desire to bring innovative thinking to evolve the department.
- Perform SEO content writing, editing, proofreading and distribution
- Meeting with clients and qualifying inbound prospect leads for our sales team
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team members to improve client results
- Perform any needed tasks around doing organic SEO efforts for client websites
Skills And Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge and/or passion for growing existing abilities in paid ads and client traffic, referrals and/or leads.
- Strong knowledge and experience developing paid marketing strategy ideas / plans for businesses
- Strong knowledge and experience in marketing small businesses
- Passion and experience in marketing analytics and research to improve client results
- Digital marketing experience preferred SEO, PPC, content marketing, blogging, social media, e-mail marketing.
- Ideally the candidate would have some experience with inbound marketing, e-mail marketing automation campaigns / CRM's and marketing to sales funnel conversions.
- Strong verbal communication skills and service oriented, people-person
- Comfortable helping sales team with qualifying digital marketing leads interested in working with us (client facing)
- Personable and able to adapt easily to new situations and environments
- Comfortable working directly with clients and meeting with clients, as required
- Self-starting and able to operate independently of direct supervision
- 3+ years of experience in paid ads management and 5+years in total business marketing experience
