Do you enjoy turning complex topics into engaging content that drives awareness, builds credibility, and sparks conversation? U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help elevate our brands, amplify our thought leadership, and create compelling content that connects with clients and industry professionals nationwide. In this role, you'll work closely with executives, subject matter experts, and marketing leadership to develop content that informs, educates, and inspires. From thought leadership articles and SEO-driven website content to social media campaigns and video content, you'll have the opportunity to influence how thousands of professionals engage with our organization. What You’ll Do Content Marketing & Thought Leadership You'll bring our expertise to life by creating compelling content across multiple channels, including: Blog articles and educational resources White papers and industry reports Case studies and client success stories Website and landing page content Email marketing campaigns Sales enablement materials Executive and leadership thought leadership content Additional responsibilities include: Transforming complex legal, technical, and operational topics into clear, engaging content Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to craft authoritative industry perspectives Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communications Optimizing content for evolving search behaviors, including AI-powered search experiences Social Media & Brand Engagement You'll help grow our digital presence by: Managing social media strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms Building and maintaining content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns Creating engaging content including graphics, videos, carousels, and professional written posts Monitoring engagement, audience growth, and performance metricsEngaging with online communities in a professional and brand-aligned manner Staying ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or a related field Demonstrated success creating content for professional, technical, or B2B audiences Experience developing and executing social media strategies Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent Portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related discipline Experience working within the legal industry or another regulated environment Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and search best practices Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics tools Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Experience creating video content for social channels Why Join U.S. Legal Support?
