Continuous Improvement Administrator/AssistantThe Continuous Improvement Administrator/Assistant supports the CI team by focusing on documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training records, and system organization. This role is critical to ensure CI initiatives are properly documented, tracked, and sustained across the organization.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, format, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and standard work documentsSupport CI projects by tracking actions, timelines, and deliverablesMaintain CI documentation systems, including version control and document accuracyTrack training completion, certifications, and CI-related training recordsAssist with preparation of CI materials, reports, presentations, and metricsSupport Kaizen and CI events with logistics, documentation, and follow upCoordinate with Operations, HR, and Safety to ensure alignment of training and documentationHelp ensure improvements are standardized and sustained through proper documentationPerform all other duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience13 years of experience in an administrative, documentation, or process support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); document management systems a plusRequired Skills / AbilitiesStrong written communication and technical writing skillsHigh attention to detail and document control experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
