Knowledge | Experience | Skills:

• High School Diploma and currently enrolled in an accredited University pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in Engineering or enrolled in a Community College pursuing a degree in industrial maintenance. Excellent communication skills are required. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint) and solid technical writing skills are required. Candidate need to be detail oriented, have the ability to take initiative and any knowledge of CAD or Power BI reporting is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and track improvements to efficiencies.
• Document in-process results.
• Document and report process improvements at present to management.
• Ability to work in a safe and effective manner.
