As a Continuous Improvement Lead in the Food Industry, you will be the driving force behind projects that make the operations smarter, more reliable, and more cost-effective. You will translate ideas into tangible results and ensure the teams evolve within a culture of ongoing excellence.Responsibilities:In this role, you will take full ownership of a wide range of improvement initiatives:Identify & Define: Pinpoint opportunities for process optimization (e.g., waste removal, cost reduction).Execute: Plan, facilitate, and implement improvement projects using professional project management tools.Analyze: Recommend solutions, monitor results, and report on the overall impact.Coach: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams in adopting new, efficient ways of working.Collaborate: Work closely with departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Marketing. Project Examples:Participating in large-scale production capacity expansion projects.Analyzing and optimizing logistics networks on both a local and international scale.Profile:Education & Experience: You hold a Master’s degree and have a proven track record in project management within a manufacturing environment (experience in the food industry is a significant plus).Analytical Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving skills and a structured, process-oriented approach.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder management.Methodology: You are experienced in Continuous Improvement methodologies and project management tools.Languages: You have a good command of French.
