This is a perm role based in Bradford.What We're Looking For:Data driven to define, develop and optimize a balanced and performing manufacturing footprintDevelops the strategic plan at site level, also proposing footprint developments and optimizationDrives integration program initiatives inside the sites, operating as facilitatorSimplifies the link between sites and central functionsResults driven. Acts on processes, systems, methods, guidelines and know-how management to achieve operational excellenceIntegrates new Industrial modelsExperience Requirements:Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellenceExperience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project managementStrong background in cost control and financial analysisExposure to strategic planning and organizational development.Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management - desirableCertifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or similarSalary – c75k + packagePlease contact Rob Blackburn today for further information.
