Reporting to the Plant Manager in Imlay City, you will support plant operations at the local producer of Vlasic Pickles by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and driving improvement in plant performance by identifying and executing opportunities for loss elimination and organizational growth. You will work with plant leadership to guide hourly and salaried team members in continuous improvement activities across a 600+ person operation. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders across all Conagra Performance System pillars. Lead multiple CPS pillars, including Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Autonomous Manufacturing Development. Partner with cross‑functional teams to advance continuous improvement efforts throughout all areas of the facility. Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize improvement initiatives, apply problem‑solving tools, and implement systemic long‑term solutions. Lead project execution to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators. Promote key CPS concepts through daily coaching and auditing across the plant. Support the adoption and enhancement of digital tools to drive technological transformation. Collaborate with enterprise and plant Continuous Improvement leaders to refine standards, share best practices, and reapply learnings. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience. 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other related systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps. Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment. Demonstration of influential leadership and effective communication skills. Skill in developing short‑ and long‑term plans for strategic vision and tactical execution. Compensation Pay Range: $81,000 - $118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
