We’re partnering with a well-known food manufacturing organization to hire a Continuous Improvement Manager at their Macon, Missouri plant. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager, focused on building a zero-loss manufacturing culture and driving World Class performance across the facility. Salary Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus What You’ll Do Lead and embed TPM, CPS, Lean, and continuous improvement best practices across the plant Identify and eliminate top losses using data-driven problem solving Partner with the Plant Manager to align CI priorities with business goals Lead Reliability Improvement Plans (RIPs) and standard work development Support autonomous maintenance, centerlining, and plant pillar initiatives (5S, Safety, PM, Focused Improvement) Coach and mentor teams through root cause analysis, feedback, and continuous improvement behaviors Act as a visible CI leader on the floor — engaging teams daily to drive sustainable change What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Development, or related field 5+ years of plant-based manufacturing experience 5+ years leading TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Strong experience facilitating teams and driving root cause analysis Working knowledge of production equipment and maintenance systems A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Industries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Note: This job description reflects the responsibilities and requirements for the Continuous Improvement Manager role as described by Careers Launch Talent Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
