Influence decisions that impact change management and employee engagement with the OE system. A collaborative leadership style is essential to uphold the integrity of OE and support overall business performance. How to thrive in this role? Hold a degree or diploma in a related field such as Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, or a similar discipline. 5–10 years of manufacturing experience (an asset). Demonstrate proven expertise in Lean manufacturing concepts. Have a strong track record in leading change and influencing others. Demonstrate strength in data systems and a proactive approach to developing real-time reporting and performance scorecards. Exhibit Bombardier’s core competencies: change management, interpersonal communication, teamwork, planning & organizing, problem solving, decision making, coaching, and conflict management. Possess strong analytical skills and change management capabilities. Are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Apply creative solutions in team environments using Lean tools and concepts. Work autonomously to develop solutions from concepts and strategies. Have excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Build trust and momentum for change through interaction and results within client work center teams. May support external consultants with tools, training, and coaching. Can foster relationships and influence change across all levels—Leadership, Managers, Line Managers, Lead Hands, and employee teams.
