Role: Contract Administrator - C
Location: Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm
Job Description:
- Administer Contracts by accurate and timely processing chargeback and rebate requests.
- Effectively utilize automated contract management systems to generate payments of claims and EDI claims.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with external and internal customers.
- Preferably 2-3 years contract administration background in the healthcare industry.
- General understanding of Business Law.
- BS or BA required.
- Most critical is to have a stellar personality who can work with Sales personnel and internal admin teams.
- Will need to be able to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly - we have a number of systems being used and need folks who are smart enough to pick up the skills and handle challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally, at least a few years of office experience - working with contracts a big plus
- A 4-year degree related to business or finance
- Ideally some experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Model N
- A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career
- Nice to have is healthcare exp., contract exp., strong Excel skills, Tableau, and/or Salesforce exp.
