Role: Contract Analyst
Assignment location with zip code: 5 COMMERCE WAY, Hamilton, NJ 08691
Shift timing: 9AM TO 5 PM.
Lunch Period: 1 HR (Unpaid)
Dress Code (Business Attire/Business Casual/Casual): BUSINESS CASUAL
Duration: 6 months
PERFORM CLOSEOUTS OF CONTRACTS, AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
- The individual will perform contract close outs for DHMAS Providers.
- He or she will ensure compliance with New Jersey Laws and System policies (Record Retention Policy) and assist the administration in identifying methods of process improvement.
- Produces written documents containing complete and accurate terms and conditions of a business relationship that benefit the Division by identifying, reducing, shifting, or eliminating risk.
- Serves as liaison for construction, review, and conclusion of contract language.
- Ensures compliance with current organization policies, policies, laws, rules, and regulations and utilizes legal resources to meet governmental and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains precise documentation of contractual records and retention of resolutions for future situations. Produces adequate supporting documentation and maintains accurate records of work performed.
- Maintains accurate records of necessary contracting reference materials (e.g., Authorized Signers Policy).
- Communicate regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
