Duties: Location: Remote USA (Bay Area)Experince: 8+ Years Note: The ideal candidate for this role is not expected to have a System Analyst background. We are looking for someone with a different skill set and experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Define and Develop Capabilities: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, and implement capabilities that meet business needs. Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Work with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout the capability development process. Determine Data Dimensions: Identify and define the relevant data dimensions, including scope, granularity, and quality, to support capability development. Integrate Data into Capabilities: Input and integrate data into capabilities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance to support informed decision-making Business Architect/Solution Architect with combined 8+ years of experience in Business Architecture & HCM Domain who can help expand Capability Maturity Model for the HCM domain by partnering with right stakeholders representing each dimension of capability maturity. Candidates should be able to identify opportunities for process improvement & help build a healthy technology backlog that will deliver business value. One should be able to document and define intelligent automation opportunities through technology to streamline workflows and improve overall process efficiency. Qualifications 8+ years of combined experience as a Business Architect or Solutions Architect with strong knowledge of end to end HR processes and systems including talent management, core HCM, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal & project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of LeanIX is preferred.
