Duties: RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot technical issues "hands on" Create documentation and develop best practices to help customers Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of Meta & Reality Labs products by providing customer feedback Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer Experience communicating to technical and business audiences Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including identity management systems (IDM, user management, authentication, SSO and SCIM solutions Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SaaS solutions
