Job Description -
In this role, you will manage high-volume contracts, ensure adherence to company and industry regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
You will play a key role in creating and implementing consulting and promotional speaker contracts while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities -
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute consultant and promotional speaker contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct contract and compliance reviews independently while adhering to regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Legal, Medical Affairs, R&D, and external consultants.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all contracting activities.
- Provide proactive support and education to stakeholders on contracting best practices.

Qualifications -

- 3 5 years of experience managing a high volume of contracts, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience handling compliance related to healthcare professionals and agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business applications.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Background in procurement systems such as SAP is a plus.

- Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance in a corporate environment.
- Project management or negotiation certifications.
