Tekberry is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Data Administrator to support contract administration operations for a leading global manufacturing organization. This role reports to the Manager of Contract Administration and works closely with Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to ensure accurate processing, documentation, and compliance of customer contracts and related data.

Job Overview

The Contract Data Administrator plays a critical role in managing and processing contract-related data and documentation, ensuring customer purchase orders, sales orders, and approvals align with contractual requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal disciplines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Data Administration

  • Review and manage customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance
  • Initiate and process sales orders, sales quotes, and returned material reports (RMRs)
  • Ensure contractual requirements are consistent with approved proposals
  • Maintain accurate contract records and approval documentation

Systems & Portal Management

  • Work within multiple customer portals to manage contract-related data
  • Utilize internal systems (MRP/SAP) to enter, track, and maintain contract information
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all platforms

Approvals & Governance

  • Support Delegation of Authority (DOA) review and approval retention for OE Production, CAM Sales, and Supply Chain
  • Process and track contract approval workflows using Microsoft Teams (CAG-wide)
  • Ensure required approvals are obtained and properly documented

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Interface with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations to resolve contract-related issues
  • Communicate effectively to clarify contractual terms and address discrepancies
  • Anticipate potential issues and provide practical recommendations to mitigate risk

Customer Interaction & Confidentiality

  • Interact with customers in a professional and credible manner to support ongoing and future business opportunities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all communications

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Contract Administration operations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required)
  • Experience with MRP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and understand contractual language
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and escalate issues appropriately
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer-focused relationships
