    • Data ingestion and Data integration skills

ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience including:

• • • Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI s
    • Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM

Managing CMDB Data within ServiceNow

Data Governance and Data Quality knowledge/experience including:

• • • • Managing CI lifecycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement.
      • Establishing health dashboards
      • Identifying stale or orphaned data
      • Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
