• • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective as part of CMDB Data Completeness for Business Applications project to be completed by 12/31/26
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team s progress
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
  • Previous experience with ADO and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Here is a high-level list of objectives for the project:

Objectives:

1. Address all the gaps in data for all active business applications in CMDB.
   1. This includes the 26 business app required attributes.
   2. Fill in the missing values by working with business application stakeholders.

2. Update the CMDB Health dashboard to reflect the health of business applications (across 26 required attributes).
   1. Need to establish customized set of rules for each attribute based on Business Application Lifecycle Status.

3. Deploy all the planned Choice Value changes to Business Application attributes.
   1. After the Choice Values Definitions are changed, need to update all the business applications to have accurate set of these values.

4. Knowledge Articles and Training Materials.
   1. Revamp the ServiceNow Knowledge Articles to reflect the new set of rules (based on choice value changes).
   2. Need to write some training materials for explaining . How to set business application attributes (based on new rules/definitions) ? . This training material should be made available for everyone in the organization to consume.

5. Create a APM Dashboard in ServiceNow to provide status updates related to
   1. Business App Registration Tickets
   2. Business App Attribute Update Tickets
   3. Business App Ownership Update Tickets
   4. Business App Retirement tickets
   5. PRR tickets

6. Identify Set of business applications that no longer qualify as business applications (based on business app definition).
   1. Validate this list with the application owners
   2. Ensure that those application entries are properly retired
   3. Alternatively register them in CMDB as Technology Management Service offerings or Business Service Offerings.
