• Verify occupancy status

Health & Safety Compliance

• Remove hazardous materials

• Address mold, pests, or environmental concerns

• Ensure properties meet local codes and lender requirements

Communication & Coordination

• Work with contractors, vendors, and field managers

• Provide timely updates on job progress

• Follow client guidelines and deadlines

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites

• Physical stamina for lifting, hauling, and outdoor work

• Attention to detail, especially with photos and documentation

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
