Job Summary The Contracts Administrator supports the timely administration of contract data for Stellar Innovations & Solutions. Responsibilities include the administration of contractual data from our customers (the US Federal government and federal contractors), the administration of contract actions to our subcontractors, and accounting support. Responsibilities Contract Administration Review inbound contract actions (e.g., awards, modifications, task orders, funding actions) for accuracy, completeness, and expected details Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate resolution with internal teams or contract manager Enter all validated contract actions into the company’s system of record in a timely and accurate manner Maintain organized electronic contract files in accordance with internal policy and federal requirements Monitor contract deliverables, dates, and key terms, and communicate upcoming actions to relevant stakeholders Subcontract Administration Support the preparation, issuance, and management of subcontracts to teaming partners and individuals Draft and issue subcontract task orders, modifications, and other contractual actions Ensure subcontract documentation is complete, compliant, and entered into the system of record Coordinate with subcontractors to relay award details, modifications, deadlines, or required flow-down clauses Accounting Support Enter and manage contract personnel budgets and subcontract task budgets in the company’s accounting system Review and process subcontractor invoices in accordance with the subcontract terms and conditions Review project travel costs and approve for employee reimbursement Communication & Coordination Serve as a central point of communication for contract-related updates to project managers, accounting, and other departments Provide contract summary information and clarification as needed Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and internal policies Prepare and submit required reporting information on various government systems Qualifications, Certification and Clearance Requirements Experience in contract administration within a federal contracting environment Basic understanding of FAR/DFARS principles and common contract types Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for compliance and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office SIS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Aff…?
