Job Title: Contracts Administrator Job Description The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s contracting process by managing the administrative aspects of contract execution. This position is responsible for uploading, tracking, routing for signature, filing, and maintaining contract records to ensure compliance and efficient workflow. The Contracts Administrator collaborates closely with functional leaders, finance, and other internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate contract processing. Responsibilities Upload new and revised contract documents into the designated contract management system. Route contracts for approval and signature using electronic signature platforms or manual processes, as required. Track the status of contracts throughout the review and signature process, providing regular updates to stakeholders. File fully executed contracts in both electronic and physical repositories, ensuring proper naming conventions and indexing for easy retrieval. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract logs and databases, including key dates, parties, and contract terms. Assist with the development and implementation of contract management procedures and best practices. Respond to internal requests for copies of contracts, status updates, and related information. Coordinate with key stakeholders to resolve contract discrepancies or missing information. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all contract documents and related information. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related administrative role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with electronic signature and document management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, SharePoint) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Additional Skills & Qualifications This role is a good opportunity for someone looking to break into the clinical space. Work Environment This is a remote position based in the Eastern or Central time zone. The candidate must have morning availability as early as 7 am Eastern and a willingness to work with global stakeholders. The schedule is part-time, up to 20 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00–$30.00/hr.
