Pay Rate: $55.00/hour – Weekly Pay!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM, 8-hour shift)

Position is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator Specialist to support our client in North Hollywood, CA. This role is ideal for a highly skilled contracts professional with expertise in managing complex agreements, negotiations, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for administering broad-scope contracts, driving compliance with terms and conditions, and ensuring performance requirements are met. This position requires a deep understanding of contract law, risk management, and industry practices in the aerospace and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage major contract requirements, including analysis of purchase orders, delivery schedules, pricing, and terms/conditions.

Develop, review, and negotiate proposals, RFP responses, NDAs, and change orders.

Partner with Program Managers to manage change control and contract risk reviews.

Provide contractual leadership for projects/programs and support bid/no-bid decisions.

Handle customer communications, contract modifications, and compliance with legal and company regulations.

Investigate and resolve complex claims, complaints, and contractual disputes.

Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Train and mentor junior team members; serve as a subject-matter expert.

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and aerospace industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Certification: Contract management certification (NCMA or IACCM) required unless JD or MBA.

Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration or management, preferably in aerospace/engineering.

Strong negotiation, risk management, and compliance skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
