Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Contracts Administrator to work in Walbridge, OH. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Job Responsibilities Review, revise and assist with negotiation of various contracts with owners and vendors. Organize contract files including but not limited to review copies, internal discussion notes, negotiation correspondence and final execution contract documents. Conduct preliminary contract reviews and provide mark‑ups and recommendations regarding important legal and risk management issues for negotiation. Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals. Ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Write contract letters and other communications and notices. Attend meetings to assess progress on projects and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders. Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations. Work collaboratively with various stakeholders including project managers, risk management professionals and senior executives. Skills Strong negotiation and mediation skills. Superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work productively independently and as part of a team. Excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast‑paced and demanding environment. General understanding of accounting principles and finance. Education / Experience A degree in law or paralegal studies, or the equivalent experience in a contract administration role or related field (3 years of experience). Legal experience and/or knowledge of contract law. Technical and/or construction related background/experience preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
