Your Title: Associate, Contracts

Your Location: Needham, MA office

You Report To: Team Lead, Contracts

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST

Compensation: $21.01 plus bonus!

What you will you do:

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for preparing for weekly whole loan sale shipment.
  • Verifying and confirming daily files are accounted for
  • Receive all mailing packages for in-house deals.
  • Scan all incoming packets, if needed.
  • Audit incoming contracts for all deals.
  • Email the appropriate parties of all incoming packets.
  • Update the internal system with contract status.
  • Prepare and organize contract folders for filing.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated historical career stability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint PowerPoint preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize the workload and effective time management.
  • Effectively being able to Multi-task
