You will be leading a team to deliver Turnkey Control & Automation Projects within diverse environments.There is a real sense that developing people goes beyond the usual lip service. Beyond being an IET enterprise partner a whopping 15% of engineers are on long term training – this is proper structured training that goes beyond the 3 day Siemens or EPLAN course you might be sent on.The company also has an internal academy to support your development so you can progress – there are several defined paths to move forward – within engineering or applications or service.
