Controller (SaaS) Series B Technology Company | Hybrid Work EnvironmentA Boston-based high-growth Series B SaaS company (~$10M revenue, 50 employees) is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and help scale financial infrastructure during a key growth phase. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee day-to-day accounting, strengthen processes, and support future system upgrades as the company continues to expand.

- Lead all accounting operations, including GL, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements and improve close efficiency
- Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage audit and tax relationships
- Partner with leadership on reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
- Support the evaluation and implementation of a future accounting system upgrade
- 7–10+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility
- SaaS experience required (revenue recognition knowledge preferred)
- CPA required
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments strongly preferred
- Background with accounting system implementations or upgrades is a plus
