Job Summary Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) include full‑service CFO advisory, controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing controller‑level accounting services, including month‑end review and closing of financial records, budgets, and forecasts, and financial reporting and analysis. Requirements Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients Manage month‑end close for assigned clients Assist with the development of financial budgets Prepare and analyze financial reporting Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services Qualifications B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience with QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communicator Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Able to manage priorities and workflow Commitment to excellence and high standards Salary $80,000.00- $100,000.00 Benefits We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to include health, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability, 401k, paid time off, volunteer time off, work‑life balance culture, work flexibility and more!
