Overview Controller (100% in office) Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and Construction Industry experience required. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for month end close responsibilities including preparation and reconciliation of general ledger / balance sheet accounts Preparation of financial statements Light payroll responsibilities Bank and credit card reconciliations Budgeting and forecasting Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field Prior Construction Industry experience required Must have extensive construction accounting experience, including AIA documents, reading contracts, job costing, WIP experience, etc. Management experience leading a team CPA preferred Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to plan, monitor, prioritize and multitask. #J-18808-Ljbffr
