Our client, a growing, acquisition-focused group, is hiring a hands-on Controller to lead finance across multiple operating companies in manufacturing and beyond. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility to ownership and a clear path to leadership. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote Responsibilities Own monthly close and consolidated financial reporting Manage AR/AP, billing, and day-to-day accounting operations Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage working capital Support M&A activity, financial modeling, and strategic planning Partner with leadership on business decisions and performance insights Prepare reporting for banks, lenders, and investors Identify and apply for manufacturing and education grants Improve systems, processes, and financial infrastructure Requirement 8–15+ years of accounting/finance experience Manufacturing and/or multi-entity experience preferred Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modeling skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, JobBOSS or similar) Hands-on, self-starter with a high level of ownership Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment Why Join $110K–$120K + bonus (based on performance) Direct exposure to acquisitions and strategy Opportunity to build and scale finance across multiple businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr
