This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities Supervises the accounting team and plays a key role in budgeting, auditing, cost report preparation, grant reporting, and operational financial management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting (required). 3-5 years of experience as an accountant with general accounting experience (required). Progressive experience in health care accounting (preferred). Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word (required). Experience or education in cost reporting requirements (preferred). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (required). Experience with federal and state regulations (required).
