We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and reporting, as well as expertise in utilizing accounting software systems to streamline operations. Based in Des Plaines, Illinois, the Controller will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth and maintaining compliance with industry standards.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage accounting systems to improve efficiency and support business operations.

• Prepare detailed reports using tools like Crystal Reports to provide insights into financial performance.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.

• Supervise budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals.

• Monitor job costing and manufacturing assembly processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Lead audits and reviews to maintain transparency and financial integrity.

• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in financial management.

• Evaluate and refine CRM systems to optimize financial tracking and customer relationship management.

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and financial transactions.
