Salary: $150,000 + full benefitsHybrid work structure (Corporate Office once a month)Must reside in Northern CA (San Jose, Sacramento, San Francisco)QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent in accounting or finance.3+ years of controller or similar positionExperience with a public accounting firmC.P.A. Certification highly desirableExperience with at least $100M in annual salesSPECIFIC SOFTWARE USED1) Compeat (CTUIT) – Back Office BI reporting tool2) Sage/ FAS – Flores ERP and fixed asset software3) Sage Intacct- ERP is use by outsourcing agent4) Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPointESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Management of all fixed asset registers, depreciation books, impairment functions, and all other fixed asset related reporting.Coordinate with facilities department on all construction, remodels, and maintenance CAPEX management.Coordinate financial reporting package with foreign ownership in Japan.Assist in management of 3rd party (outsourced) accounting provider.Assist in establishing internal audit function.Management of both internal and external audit functions – main contact with public accounting firm.Responsible for administration of CardCo, a fully owned Gift Card subsidiary.Maintain correspondence and fulfill ad hoc informational and reporting requests from CRH.Assist throughout annual budgetary process and ongoing forecasting as needed by parent company.Additional duties and responsibilities as developed, created, or assigned to support the evolving needs of the role and the organization.EOE - Equal Opportunity Employer
