You aren't just managing the books; you are integrating into the business to drive efficiency across a high-volume, multi-entity landscape. Process Engineering: Evaluate and overhaul accounting operations, implementing new policies and internal controls. Construction & Treasury: Oversee development draws, AIA documentation, and complex treasury functions including investor distributions. Full-Cycle Oversight: Direct all accounting functions for multiple entities across multiple states, ensuring seamless coordination with external tax auditors. The Requirements We need a seasoned professional who understands the complexity of high-volume, multi-entity accounting. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience, ideally within Real Estate Credentials: CPA is required .
