This is a hands on Controller level position that will oversee a small accounting team yet be an influential part of the accounting and financial reporting for the organization. This is a great opportunity to join a small, yet growing manufacturer here in Seacoast NH where you will be involved with day to day accounting and reporting as well as a blend of managing higher level finance responsibilities while partnering with C Suite team and other departments on special meetings and projects.

Responsibilities For The Controller Include
- Lead all Accounting operations and a team in transactional and GL accounting.
- Oversee and own month end close
- Provide meaningful financial reporting to help understand business drivers.
- Participate in the budget, forecast and strategic planning process
- Monitor KPI's to help understand business performance across product lines and the organization
- Collaborate with operations and production to deliver accurate financials and manage costs
- Support internal and external audits, compliance, improve processes and controls
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- More than 5+ years accounting experience with prior/existing leadership
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company
- Good systems skills including Excel and larger ERP systems
