Job Title: Controller Location: Israel | Hybrid | Full-Time Microbot Medical (NASDAQ: MBOT) is a cutting-edge medical device company specializing in endovascular robotic surgery. As a publicly traded international company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team in Israel. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, startup environment within a publicly listed company, with broad exposure to a range of financial and operational tasks. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, reporting, and compliance efforts, while growing professionally in a fast-paced, high-impact setting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. Accounting Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day activities of the bookkeeping team. Compliance & Audits : Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory standards. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget and monitor performance through budget vs. actual analysis. Cash Flow Management : Support the management and forecasting of company cash flow. IIA Reporting : Prepare reports related to Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) grants, subject to program approval. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification required. Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on U.S. public companies. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
