The Mission: To provide financial leadership, ensure compliance, maintain accurate reporting, and drive strategic financial planning and efficiencies across the organization.

ROLE OUTCOMES:

(Role not limited to these key responsibilities)

1. Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports by the 15th of each month, with a deviation of less than 5% in forecasting and budgeting.

2 Ensure complete compliance with all tax rules and regulations; supervise audits with no significant differences.

3 Manage payroll and guarantee timely and correct payment processing while adhering to corporate policies and laws.


4 Conduct financial analysis to achieve a 5-10% cost reduction or a 20% efficiency increase in financial procedures each year.

5 Maintain a six-month rolling cash projection to correctly track and estimate cash flow. Ensure that cash in the bank always reaches or exceeds the minimal level required to maintain business operations.

Manage payroll operations to guarantee timely and correct payments. Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing operations, which include reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.


Manage and mentor the finance staff to guarantee smooth financial operations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate finance plans across all company activities and projects.

Qualifications

CPA designation is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role, with supervisory experience. Strong skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and reconciliation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in a high-growth environment and with process improvement initiatives is preferred.

Proficiency in Trimble products, specifically Spectrum.
